Inferno Charging Handle Retention Screw.
This screw includes a spring and a ball that retain the charging handle in the bolt carrier. To replace it if damaged, you will need to heat the bolt carrier to degrade the adhesive and then unscrew it from the rear.
Replacement part for Inferno, identified as #32, I032, or PINF032.
Listed as part number 32 in the launcher manual.
