Delivery times

Packages are prepared as soon as the order is placed. Orders placed from Tuesday to Friday before 12pm have a good chance of being processed and dispatched the same day.
Saturdays and Mondays are days when we have fewer staff, so your order will probably be processed the following Tuesday. There is no order preparation on Sundays and public holidays. From the time the order is dispatched. Depending the country, please allow at least 2 days for delivery, as orders are sent by Chronopost or similar.
CAMP cannot be held responsible for delays due to strikes or any other event preventing the normal delivery of products.
Please do not hesitate to contact us by phone on +33 (0)1.41.09.10.00 in the event of an urgent need for delivery by a certain date, or for Saturday delivery.

Delivery Zone : Europe

We deliver anywhere in France, French overseas departments and territories and the rest of Europe. Just contact us if you need a quote or exact timeline.

Delivery terms: Always Express

For parcels, we use several service providers, including Chronopost. Your tracking number will be sent to you by email on the same day.
In all cases, delivery is against signature.

Shipping costs

In your shopping basket, you can always estimate the shipping cost. These will be recalculated according to the place of delivery, the products selected, the chosen transport and the total weight at the end of your order.

Insurances

Everyone will tell you “the product travels at the risk of the recipient”. At CAMP we know that when you buy a top-of-the-range marker you want to receive it, preferably in good condition. That’s why we systematically insure packages at replacement value. With CAMP, you won’t have to wait 3 months for a possible transport indemnity on a lost parcel. Nevertheless, to serve you better we need your help.

Product reception

If your order has been damaged in transit, you MUST have the deliveryman inspect the damage in the presence of the customer, and make precise reservations on the delivery note.
This means you must make a precise inventory of the parcel.
In case of doubt : Packages visibly damaged or open, and the deliveryman does not give you the opportunity to make this check : simply refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

Product returns

You must provide a copy of your invoice or its identification number, and clearly indicate the problem encountered with the equipment (faulty or not in conformity with the order). We will send you a return slip for the complete product as received, together with a copy of the invoice.
For a product exchange (unused) you can send us the product specifying what you would like in exchange (other size, color or modelโ€ฆ).
Please contact us before sending the product to find out if we have the product you want.

Return products shipping charges

The costs and risks of return shipment remain at the customer’s expense, except in the case of an acknowledged error on our part.
For your own safety, we advise you to send your equipment with insurance and acknowledgement of receipt. Our Mail Order service is also available Monday to Friday from 10am to 17pm (Paris time) to answer specific questions, assist you in using the website, or simply to register your order directly by phone.
